Just read that Saints will probably not be buying in January. For the first time, I am quite pleased about that. Having wasted 60 million pounds on 3 min productive forwards and more millions on other non productive defenders and midfielders, I reckon we have done enough charitable donations to other football clubs. If we can't spend widely then don't spend. We can't really do any worse with a different approach.

He really should have a word with Nigel Adkins....he could talk bollocks too, but at least it was interesting bollocks.
Amongst his many words, Ralph did say that the football side of things will continue with the present staff in place. Ross Wilson I guess would be considered the most senior outside the first team coaches. Ralph has regularly admitted he knows little about the game and seeks counsel about it from people inside and outside the club and often someone who admits they know little will make better decisions than those who think they know it all. It’s a big few months for Krueger’s chairmanship
Admitting you know nothing about football does seem to be the the right way of getting to a senior position on the board atm.
How true is that??.......mind you I guess it also means you can’t get blamed for anything too, if you don’t know anything......
I`m all for making changes, but seems odd that there isn`t a replacement regime lined up. Seems like making things up as we go along.
Not really.......We don’t usually do things behind people’s back. Some do we don’t....... no doubt approaches will be made now.......The press will be itching to find out who the replacements might be.........surprised they haven’t mentioned candidates.

Who do you think he saw.......someone his wife knows well apparently .....yes Fat Sam....... now they don’t know Kruger......although they have seen him before. However they are convinced they saw Kruger shaking hands with Sam outside the hotel. May be a coincidence ....... but careful what you wish for.......
Better than no one, we desperately need football knowledge on the board, but we don’t/won’t spend a lot so he may not be interested.
