Matty James is still injured but Danny Drinkwater returns. I would start Cambiasso and sub him off for Drinkwater later on
His English is actually pretty good! He's so experienced, probably wouldn't take him long to fit in. I've noticed he's said how much he wanted to play in the Premier League, not Leicester as such. I actually think he probably has come because of the challenge- he'll be tasked with marking some of the most talented attackers in the league, and with a one year contract he doesn't have to worry about relegation. What a signing!
Apologies, I assume you're on telly then? I'm actually quite looking forward to seeing you play, you seem to have made a decent start, though does your game clash with ours? (not being lazy, I'm just on my phone)
4pm kick off - not sure what time Hull game is though, I'd be over the moon with a point but sadly think we'll lose, our first games are a real baptism of fire but hey welcome to the premier league!
Last time we got promoted to the prem our marquee signing was Sir Les Ferdinand. An ageing player who came in and done superbly for us. Scoring 13 goals and was a class act Hopefully Cambiasso can have the same sort of impact
We're a 1.30 kick off and I'm taking a rare day off(the missus is pissed off with my recent European excursions), so I'll try and catch both.
We play on Sunday and I imagine he'll play. We're unbelievably short on central midfielders and he's been keeping himself fit. If he plays for 65 minutes then that'll be fine.
Of course not. He'd probably never even heard of Leicester. He wanted to face the challenge of the Premier league and he will certainly have a challenge all right Wonderful signing of a true world class star Very lucky to have him for a season or two if we are lucky
He at least knew how to pronounce it! I remember when Wasilewski signed and he said he was pleased to play for Lei-chester.
