I think all Harry wants to do now is the wheeling and dealing - not the day to day bread and butter stuff like coaching, team selection etc. it's just a final top up to his pension/dogs bank account.

He's worth 2 Mill of any prem teams money mate. Was unlucky with an injury last season. We seem to be getting a lot of youth in but getting rid of our regulars. Think we may be in for a roller coaster again but my faith is in Hoddle TBH. Under NP he'll get better and he always put in a good shift. Never shirks, and will become a crowd favourite for you guys. Bad sale by us. Harry must have something in the making...I hope.
Great piece of business for you. I know you'll have your opinions on De Laet- but for me Simpson was the 2nd best RB in the Championship last season after Trippier. A very honest pro with a great work ethic, and exactly the type of player newly promoted sides should be signing.
Maybe it will turn out to be just paper talk, though didn't Harry actually come out and openly say they had accepted a bid? Unlike Harry to blurt out the details of a deal Would be very happy if it does go through though. Sounds like just the kind of totally committed, solid player that gives everything, that the City fans love.
