@goldeneadie. I think goldeneye means that Hutchinson is Forest's second loanee, precluding them from taking Ward on loan. Do these rules apply in the Championship also?
That's what I thought. Maybe Watford should be renamed "Whatfor" (as in "What's HE been brought in for?"! [Edit] On second thoughts, that name might be better suited to QPR, as in "What have they paid for HIM?"
Carra, as an aside, I was on the Saints board a couple of days ago and one of their fans was asking after you. Remembered you from 606 days and wanted to know if you posted on here.
Wiki Source "In December 2011 he signed a new one-and-a-half-year contract with Chelsea following a "significant improvement" in the knee problem that had forced him to retire. In August 2012, Hutchinson joined Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal" As I support Norwich and Chelsea, I can tell you that he is one of their top young stars, he was given the choice of either being 2nd fiddle to Ivanovic for this season, obviously complicated by the arrival now of César Azpilicueta, and he decided to get regular games under his belt in the Championship. It worked with Bertrand, so it`s a logical route.
he would have played for england by now had it not been for injuries in my opinion. he's extremely gifted and it was unfortunate that he was forced to retire once, so to have come back again is remarkable.
Off topic (again) but glad to find someone else on here who admits to having a "second" team. Why shouldn't you? For example, if you aren't Norwich born and bred but have lived here for a long long time, you might still have great affection for your home town team.
I live in Norfolk, so have supported Norwich since I was very young and go to as many matches as I can. Chelsea, started supporting the year before RA arrived, remember the jubilation when they qualified for the Champions League in their own right, not bankrolled, a true achievement. Also, being at school at the time, everyone had a "TV" team, and despite my unfashionable choice, it`s turned out rather well for both teams
Yes, Ward, who is still coming back from injury, will probably go out on a loan until January when he is fit again. Good that the KoS is still there (especially for Beefy!). Ch and co have done a splendid job of assembling a much stronger squad! OTBC!
LOL If their mothers had given them their middle name, we could have: Aymar Bassong Peter Barnett Lee Fox Mark Howson Alexander Jackson Paul Johnson Hugh Martin Kenneth Martin William Morison Neil Pilkington Gordon Ruddy Ronald Surman Peter Tierney Thomas Turner There are some fairly normal names in there but I would find it hard to take seriously Ronald Surman
Aymar Bassong Peter Barnett Lee Fox Mark Howson Alexander Jackson Paul Johnson Hugh Martin Kenneth Martin William Morison Neil Pilkington Gordon Ruddy Ronald Surman Peter Tierney Thomas Turner LOL. None of these sound like footballers, so what professions might they be in? I think Alexander Jackson would probably have a chain of high street tailors, and William Morison would be a Methodist minister.
