Whats up mate?..having a bad day.? Certain poster PM-ing others is thier own perogative. if you wish to find out anything about those posts i can only suggest you ask those that sent them. I certainly wont be sending or forwarding anything (or making complaints) as i never have previously and have no intention of ever doing. Think you are getting knarked at the wrong person mate because personally i dont gove a t*ss how many usernames someone has. Its you guys that make the rules, we just go along with them whether we agree of not
Well the lad wasn't from Eastbourne I am certain of that and sort of have himself away IMO things should be open and we will see this happen again Our forum has developed into a positive thing and we should always keep an open door We all give it and we should be man enough to take it Subject matters will soon be very much focused on our love of QPR and IMO anyone and everyone on here has brilliant opinions ... No point moaning about content ... All news feeds us on here and I certainly learn everyday from what is without doubt my favourite digital read ... Take away the spice of topic and pretty soon this forum would noon get be unique ... Which it is As usual the Mods have sorted it with the minimum of fuss during the close season Keep your minds open lads I say
Keep things generally as they are. OT threads can be interesting, but can also easily be ignored if no interest. Only thing I would add is for certain topics to be moderated by merging. As others have said reading about Adel every day is like a soap opera. One thread, Adel's daily update would be sufficient and save people posting the same comments on different threads each time a "new thread" appears. One final thought, in memory of our esteemed late Brixton, we could also add a MOTM prediction to the points calculation similar to the scorer prediction.
Executive action taken I notice, thanks Mods. The vast majority of regular posters seem happy with what we have. And of course restrictions on all threads, football and OT, do exist in terms of the forum rules and the ability of Nines and Roller to exercise their good taste and wisdom at any time. Nice.
Good work lads......some of the OT threads are the most enjoyable, informative & interesting threads on here, afterall there is only so much R's related stuff to talk about....... If that Neil/Cerny/Whoever he is has been banned then fair play, he obviously thought quantity was better than quality and alot of what he posted was utter nonsense...... Still a little over 24 hours to go, then we can really get the angst started!!!!!
I don't usually get involved in these sort of threads, but to be honest it was getting pretty tiresome with not only the amount of OT threads that were about ridiculous subjects, but also the amount of QPR threads about nothing in particular. I would say keep it the way it is, but users should think before posting so much of it. Usually the OT threads are fine though, it is just recently it has been too much!
Apparently you cant post that unless you have rea lproof to send to the mods... consider this your slap on the wrist If not youll get a ****ty post from a mod asking you to whore yourself.....
I've abstained mate. It's your board, I just tried to get a feel as to what the majority of our posters on here wanted in future. I think I've sussed it now. Thanks to everyone that took time to vote and/or post.
It's your board too mate - you and Roller, as contributors, have as much of a right to an opinion as anyone else. If you factor in modding too, I'd hope that it's as pleasant as possible to read everything. Thanks for the kind words the other night - much appreciated.
You're welcome Matt mate. As for the board, I don't really mind. I don't usually post on the OT threads but I don't mind them. Some of them are really interesting and I've learnt some good stuff from them. There's not a lot on here that bothers me but some of those threads the other day were testing.
