Well me and our lass are going on a trip down memory lane for our 23rd wedding anniversary by roughing down the pubs in my home village of Ryhope. Some of our friends who we are meeting are a little apprehensive, but I'm sure they will be fine with me.

I hate the club, but the toon is a bloody great night out, big market is a bit ****e but get down the quayside and its a lot better, start at the cooperage (if its still there) for some real ale/alderstones cider with bits of apple floating in it, then work your way down to the pub on the hill (can never remember its bloody name though lol) (or start there and work your way the other way) I will just say pitcher and piano, but i know thats not it, its near there or was, from memory its like a white bungalow.
