@Becs Just got my new Uber supporter rate for U5, £716.50, £37.71 / game, 15.56% price rise. Over the moon not to miss out on the loyalty, which I mistakenly believed was going to be the case due to seat move.I've had my renewed seat U5 row 28 £661 cancelled as they have quoted me the wrong price. I can reapply 5pm tomorrow possibly for £715. Not sure how much I paid the season before as I moved seat Aug 2024... possibly £570... am I being penalised for moving from row 9 to row 28? I have been a season ticket holder since Roker Park Main Stand Fulwell Wing 30 years ago. I can prove I've made payments to Sunderland AFC going back the years.
We all know organisations fek up but what i dont get is why (i havent seen one )there is not a list of season ticket prices on the website?I got the 65 year concession price of £391 sent to me to pay ,I wasnt expecting it as i thought i would have to apply.I've had my renewed seat U5 row 28 £661 cancelled as they have quoted me the wrong price. Is this an official pricing schedule ? is there a link?(concession prices as well) and sorry for my ignorance: "what is an uber" are we getting free taxi's to matches as part of the ST package?@Becs Just got my new Uber supporter rate for U5, £716.50, £37.71 / game, 15.56% price rise. No, sorry marra. I pinched it from ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK otr, he's produced a few spreadsheets predicting pricing. He was only £1.50 out on mine. Uber is his label for someone who's had a SC through thick and thin (not a newbie). Is this an official pricing schedule ? is there a link?(concession prices as well) and sorry for my ignorance: "what is an uber" are we getting free taxi's to matches as part of the ST package?
My ticket became available this morning and I've purchased on DD. The lads seat is still not available, so presume some are not available until 5pm. It looks like my Red zone was priced as a Blue zone - my nephew has had the same issue. We all know organisations fek up but what i dont get is why (i havent seen one )there is not a list of season ticket prices on the website?I got the 65 year concession price of £391 sent to me to pay ,I wasnt expecting it as i thought i would have to apply.
I thought that was a great reduction and happily paid it. I did think it was a tad cheap but as i had nowhere to go to see the allocated price for my section i simply thought "a benefit of getting old I suppose" Now i have received the cancellation e mail and i can buy a new one at the proper price after 5pm today.
Yes i know they have fekked up but they need sort it out pronto.I still dont know what price i will be paying (have to wait till 5pm)and that is not good enough!
I suppose the idiots in charge of ticketing thought as there was no new season tickets on sale yet they had no need to post the price on the website. Its simply bad business practice not to inform your loyal customers of the pricing structure !
the £1.50 is the admin fee on every ticketNo, sorry marra. I pinched it from ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK otr, he's produced a few spreadsheets predicting pricing. He was only £1.50 out on mine. Uber is his label for someone who's had a SC through thick and thin (not a newbie).
