no I had to pay a bit extra just for a more expensive seat but nee admin fees

I've just went back on to move my sons seat (only by 1 seat because he is in the row in front) but its now been sold. Fair few gone in the SEC from when I first logged on to set the account up

Yeah the seat selector and map seem a lot slicker, changed my dads seat took less than 5mins from activating account to getting confirmation email

Also adding people to the network has changed slightly but seems straight forward, when I added my dads account I noticed that it tells me how black cats points he has but then next to it, it says quality points 0, anyone know what they are?

Looks like its a doddle for the most part. Had a quick look at available seats and it looks like the miserable bloke who sits across from me has decided not to renew or has moved himself so things are already on the up.

One thing I am disappointed about is they haven’t opened up the corner by the away fans, it looks terrible having that all empty, there’s one block locked I imagine for segregation but then there’s just two blocks as unavailable

You’re right, no need for that much segregation at all

Only thing I can think of is they are keeping them blocks for general sale tickets, but even then that doesn’t make much sense really

Trying to move seat but its not working dunno if im doing it wrong

i’m clicking replace seat, then when i select i new one it keeps saying error item duplicate in transaction? Ive tried about 20 different seats

Added me mate but can’t see his ticket to move and when I try and move myself it says I can’t because I am leaving single seats which is because I can’t move me and my mate together!

I can’t get the sliders to work in Edge or Chrome.

did you create strong relationship so you can manage can only assign tickets if on standard

My friends and family list somehow came over automatically as 'standard' relationships so I added them again as strong then deleted the standard. All looks to be correct.

same with nephew had to add him to a strong relationship
