That goal............ I have never seen or rather heard a ground go so quiet in a split second as when "that goal" went in. I didn't even see it go in and I sit opposite the 18 yard line at that end of the ground. The Keeper never moved and nobody reacted at first. I thought it had hit the side netting. There is no way on this Planet that he meant that as a shot on goal. It was just plain weird. So, not a good goal at all even if it was a goal. It was a freak fluke at best. Mind you Kashket is a bloody pest who has got some pace about him. A right little pocket dynamo. In all honesty Crewe were a far better side than I had expected. They are a good passing side who came to play football for most of the game. They have some decent players for sure and I can't see them staying down the bottom all season. Probably the hardest game we have faced.
It has been discovered, using advanced imagery, that there was a minor flaw in the side netting and the ball did in fact enter the goal via the side netting. Plymouth lawyers are keeping their eyes on this in case they miss out on promotion by 2 points.
