He's decent in the tackle, but can't distribute, can't run, can't position himself. As a back-up (3rd/4th choice) defender for a club struggling for spending money, I don't mind him. But if Grayson things he's the long-term answer, he's more clueless that I thought.
Who within the club has even suggested he's the long term answer? All the noises from Larry have been towards getting someone new in.
Mr O`Dea,we don`t want you, sorry and all that, many options for you in Lge2,you`d be a superstar, you are the weakest link..goodbye
If Celtic (a team that that's our level at best) don't want him, neither do we. Ireland only use him as they don't have many other options.
Almost every centre back in the Championship will do for a start, then you can look at the players within the SPL and Dutch leagues. Remember O'Dea couldn't get a regular game for Celtic as they prefered Stephen McManus and Gary Caldwell, both of whom are as **** as they get!
Some good players, but could we get them for free & under 10k a week? But I would love to see us sign Dawson, but I doubt it would ever happen.
Nashville It all depends on ambition if we want promotion these are the types of player we need to go for, if not then we will get O'dea
