    I wouldn't go that far but i don't think most managers make much difference so I'll doubt he will do much harm.

    He is not a top big name boss but he has the ambition and the drive, something that can be passed on to our players. Also we have a club back with our own stars rather than an ex arsenal, Chelsea or west ham manager in charge. if he wins games then I'm happy.
