Without even listening to that clip I know what you mean, obviously. I heard him a few weeks ago and thought he sounded like Jamie Mackie who obviously spoke in a similar vein. I did a thread on it a few years ago. I'll see if I can dig it up.
 
Obviously, he was a postman until recently and, obviously, he hasn't had his media training yet. Obviously. God, it does start to grate after a while, doesn't it? Obviously.
