Reading through the various posts [ about 3 or 4 ] all sort of intertwine with similar comments about our present situation.
How we have 2 games = nil pwonite1 or we are so far from here or there [ up or down ]! i suppose to a degree I am a bit guilty as well as looking at it face value!
However, the championship and "competition" aspect does paint a different picture getting us to where we are [ and the other dozen teams in mid table ]
Results, that is all that matters really ...yes! .............but these are results of the " mid 12 " not just us!
Take position 6, getting to it has been stable for the last 10? fixtures, at around the projected 70 point mark, but it has stayed like that because there has been a rotation of different teams filling it!!
When you look at 5th downwards over a rolling 5 games it is rare to see more than 9 points from 15
there is an 11 point gap between 4th and 5th [ Ipswich doing their best to lose 4 on the trot to let 5th catch up!]
Below 9th no team is getting really solid runs ......... red dominates over green and a lot of black!
