Not a fan of Wham then Piskie I think American pop during the 80's was very good and probably better than Brit pop at the time. Btw the only Nick Kershaw song I liked was Wide Boy. Still a tune imo.
His taste is dreadful, dull, cliched and predictable. Hip-hop and acid house saved the 80s. The pop and rock 'scene' was cringe
What’s the latest on the straightener - has Eddie Hearn set it up yet will it be online PPV or can we come watch. I can the Ring Announcer now: “Live from Lidl’s car park Basingstoke, we have a catch weight contest, over 3 rounds, between an overweight and overwhelming The Hiagster and the young ****kicker Luvvy”
brilliant band Jane’s Addiction. you’ve been cheating yo way through this thread though bro. It’s supposed to be **** pop that HIAG likes. Spandau Ballet and Haircut 100 type of thing.
Cameo were straight up flamboyant funk in the 70’s. They wrote some of the most iconic songs of that era. Remember first seeing that red codpiece in the 80’s and thinking wtf ? Word up and Candy were massive hits for them in the 80’s though.
