Thought about this again. So he wants to "overhaul an ageing and under-performing squad" and yet the Obertan deal might depend on them getting Wright-Phillips. Is this the same 32 year old who has played just nine games this season - in the Championship?

 

I reckon a loan to Blyth Spartans would do him the world of good. He'd probably start most matches and I think he'd hook up well with Nippa.
