Oatcakes?

    In the past iv often debated with people the best way to cook an oatcake, i fry mine in a lightly oiled pan but they swear by grilling or being lazy and nukeing them in the microwave. How do you cook yours?

    You have to actually COOK them <doh>

    Since the invention of the microwave..I NEVER put them under the grill Dame.
    Simple, cook whatever fillings you desire and just roll the Oatcakes say, six to a plate bang em in the micro for a min or so..
    Take out, fill with Sausage/cheese etc and roll em up again.
    Tonght I'm taking the wife to the Spurs game so... it will be two each of Sausage n cheese Oatcakes wrapped in tin foil..
    Double wrap in foil and they
    Will keep warm until half time. Well and truly sorted.<party>

    Just eaten 3 for my breakfast too!
