I've just checked & found this **** on my phone. As I don't use my phone for music can somebody tell me how to delete them please?
Unless you have auto download on they are actually just stuck in your icloud storage and not physically on your device. If they have been downloaded the ink higher up this thread tells you how to get rid of the ****ers.
They have a cloud with a downward arrow on them & won't delete. Are they there forever? Sorted now, they've gone. Cheers Cityswall
They are not on your device but just hovering there lurking and yes they will be there forever although you can hide them from view via iTunes. Just be thankful you can't play the bastards by mistake

The problem is that I have tons of paid for apps. If I change platforms I have to bin those. Not gunna happen.
Look I hate Apple as much as every decent, right thinking person. And as for U2, well the world would undoubtedly be a much better place etc. But I suggest that both of them infecting your phone is more analogous to chlamydia than genital warts. Just checked on iPhone and ipad, I've not got them anywhere. I love it how apple give away a reputable bands new album for free, and apple haters try and spin it into some anti apple propaganda. Where's your free album android users?
Also it isn't just restricted to iPhones either. XBOX One's and PS4's stats sound great..........................Until you look at the spec of a decent PC which blows them out of the water. In fact I watched the release show for both and laughed both times as I had a PC at that point that beat the crap out of both of them and that was almost a year ago.
Kin Nora I didn't 't know there was a stigma attached to which phone you own. I've got a 5c and I can't complain, it does the job(RIP) and the kind people at Apple even gave me a free album from those cool Irish rockers U2. What is not to like? I've got an intuitive feeling that I cannot substantiate that there is something far more sinister to this free album giveaway than meets the eye. I know that Apple will know that I feel this and punish me. There's no such thing as a free hunch.
