In an act of showing solidarity and kinship towards the people caught up in Sydney, I went out and bought a massive **** off box of Lindor.

Haha looking them up won't encourage you, they're really a killer, hence the name!

I do them weighted, most days, get's the blood pumping.

Good to see you're acknowledging the calories in beer as well, often overlooked by dieters to their detriment.

You been packing on some timber since you last seen the better half then?

I don't see the point in eating sensibly if I then go out drinking beer mate. Silly mistake. I've done protein based diets before while drinking and noticed pretty much **** all difference.

A month off the beer, little change to diet except getting rid of crisps, chocolate and I'd only drink diet coke now and I've noticed a big difference.

My skin is better and I can see far more definition all over.

I've put on a bit of mass, not loads. I'm lucky that my metabolism keeps me trim but I think it holds me back in terms of bulk. I've put on maybe half a stone. 13 stone 12 pounds at 6"3, at the moment.

Good man. It's lush chocolate. I'll have a few bars over Christmas like. My lass likes the Dark chocolate with strawberry's so they'll be Lindt in the house over Christmas.

That gorgeous center in Lindor that stays cool while the choc around it melts. It's the same stuff that's white in the double milk bars. Lush

Hahaha, you'll be alright mate, your body will tell you when it wants to puke.

The thrusting up jump part is supposed to be more of a squat jump than a leap, bear that in mind, a squat jump uses thrust from the ankle/back of the foot as opposed to the toes/ball of the feet. That way the whole leg is being used, rather than just the calves, which will tire much quicker. <ok>

Why are you becoming more cautious?
