Dont tell me afterwards!! Fuk it I've had a tenner on Tiger too. Tiger Treble this weekend, City to beat Millwall and those Smoggy Bastards (come on Percy you should be winding them up by now) and Tiger to win the Masters.
Well, you never know - McDowell is a class player, so I can't write him off completely. Augusta isn't really set up for Mickelson's long game either, but he adapted and has had great success there, so it can happen.
No worries. I've not had Sky for awhile so not up to date with who is on form. Just reading this thread i thought of him, someone on the betting thread mentioned he is hitting form so why not. I dont understand why people mention Westwood, I cant see him ever winning a major now. His time has gone.
Same mate has stuck £200 on Woods to win. He often bets daft amounts and has never won a penny to my knowledge. He alway bets a oner on first scorer and correct score at home games and usually gets nowhere near. Luckily for him he only goes to about ten games a season. If I was him I'd give it up as a bad job.
Mcilroy first day plays with B Watson and Cabrera Woods with Jimenez and sang-moon Also anyone watching the par 3 comp on tonight? Even though it's already been played and we know the winner. Bad weather has effected the course today and damaged some areas. Hope this weather stops and doesn't halt play.
Hopefully it stays good in terms of conditions as that's when you get shock winners coming through, don't want that really apart from Bubba!
The more I think about it the more I see Rory running away with it, showed last year he's more than a match for the course and should have stormed it had the pressure of leading a major going into the final hadn't got to him, now that monkey is of his back I reckon he's set to destroy the field Tiger included
I agree with that Hull Tiger, quite a few pundits are saying it won't be him or Woods but I reckon it most likely will be.
I have a sneaking feeling justin Rose might just do it, however my heart would like to see Lee Westwood get his first major.
Early leaderboard. -3 Henrik Stenson -2 Martin Kaymer Stewart Cink Selected -1 Padraig Harrington Tiger Woods Paul Lawrie Francesco Molinari
Tigers on the prowl!! -6 Henrik Stenson -3 Paul Lawrie F -2 Jason Dufner Tiger Woods Scott Verplank Selected -1 Padraig Harrington Paul Casey Lee Westwood Charl Schwartzel Ross Fisher F Mcdowell +1 Mcilroy just about to tee off.
Interesting fact I read today: four of the last five Masters have been won by players who started the tournament 100/1 or more.
Good stuff, I'm really hoping your mate gets his 400ew in on that one, got to be honest only put a couple of quid on myself but who knows?!
