    Looking at what most are saying on here, you'd be better doing what I've already done by binning the TV Licence and just using iplayer, itvplayer, 4od etc to watch everything. Take the £13/mth (be about that) you use for the TV Licence and spend it on American Dad and Family guy DVD boxsets.

    Note to anybody who does: expect to receive ****ty letters from TV Licencing trying to intimidate you back into having a TV Licence with the threat of investigations and court cases if you don't. However much they like to imply differently, providing you're not watching programmes or downloading them at the same time as they're being broadcast on UK TV you don't need one. I don't even open the letters anymore, they've stopped addressing them to me (it's now just "the occupier"), they just go straight into the bin because they can't do anything about what I'm doing.
