Reminds me of my first annual check up a year after I emigrated here, way back when. The quack, an ex-pat rugby-playing Welshman, looked puzzled when I told him (lying through my teeth) that I drank 3 or 4 pints a day. I asked him if he saw that as a problem. "Put it this way", he replied, "if you lived in the States, you'd be classed as a rampant alcoholic. Here in Canada, more a borderline case. Of course in England, it's nothing out of the ordinary". ****, I thought, this sounds bad. "What do you recommend I should do doc ?" I nervously asked. "Have another beer & think about it, then **** off back to England". Been a good mate ever since.....
i don't think it is, but drinking it in halves definitely is. i hardly drink but that's only because i don't like the taste of most of it. on the plus side, it saves me a lot of money. diet coke is the goto even if it will probably kill me.
Mixed berry cider is good (any decent brand)...tastes just like pop and if you can ignore the 4% on the label then jobs a good un.
