It's a bunch of old women in a village hall, it obviously won't receive any funding from anyone, they just rock up with some bowls and a mat. I doubt anyone will turn up to the next one anyway, just in case the HDM send someone with a camera.
If they aren't happy with their facilities, then move somewhere with them. I don't know anyone who voted wanting to join HCC - which is a fair reflection of the poll, and wouldn't have come as a shock. The best thing to do would simply be to merge the two authorities - save on head count, increased buying power, reduction in the number of offices.
