I was being generous. For all we know these little indiscretions may be totally out of character and he might just be a respectable, wholesome, God fearing young man.
Or a complete tool.
That's not what the Guardian said happened.
Their version is that someone was winding up Morrison on Twitter and he got into an argument with them. So here's a translation:

Are you calling me a crackhead? If you are could you please go and fellate someone you vertically challenged homosexual. I think you are nothing more than a coward hiding behind your keyboard in this way. I believe you live in Manchester and I regularly return to take part in voluntary work in the community. If you see me please come and talk to me so we can resolve this misunderstanding.

Mr Duffy had nothing to do with it until someone went to him and said that Morrison had used a naughty word that an anti-homophobic group might be unhappy about and would he like to comment.
That's probably all true, I got my version from Goal.com, so it's almost certainly wrong...
