He does a very good job at it too.

I was watching a video on YouTube the other day, a clip from MOTD2 from a few years ago.

Do you remember the dark days of Adrian Chiles? *shudder*

    Same thing <ok>

In that case, I don't even know who this Walker guy is. I was thinking of Chapman the whole time <laugh>

In Cardiff's case, both home kits have black shorts and we'd not be allowed to both wear them. Rather than wear unmatching shirt/shorts we'd switch to our full away kit.

In general, there'll be some contractual thing with adidas about wearing our away kit a certain number of times in a season. Obviously we can't wear it against teams with blue shirts. After that they'll try and pick the games where it can be worn in full, and it just happens to be the teams that play in red.

It's all a bit ridiculous at times though. Remember last time round we weren't allowed to wear black and amber stripes at Newcastle because of their black and white stripes. The ref instead felt this would be less of an issue for clashing:

EDIT: And yes, that is Newcastle's away kit shorts that we're wearing. Apparently our flint shorts clashed with their black shorts, but our flint shirts didn't clash with the black parts of their shirt because of the white bits, even though the black parts of our home kit did despite the same white bits and some bright amber bits on ours.

Yeah, I think he prefers a side that works hard for their points and have done so in the "right way".

You've pretty much nailed your first season.

Chapman is very good, I agree.

    Oh those were bad...

Dan Walker is the bloke who presents Football Focus.

Madness that we're playing in all blue against the Bluebirds who play in red.

That was what I was watching.

The 2 Good 2 Bad thing still goes now. This is my favourite.

That is brilliant. I hate Allardyce but I also hate Flores and I started hating Allardyce slightly less for that.

They brought 2G2B back for this season but for the last few years since Chiles did one it stopped, and for the most part it hasn't been as good since. One of my favourites was an old one where they zoomed in on Mourinho's notepad. The paper was pre-printed with football pitch markings so you could draw tactical stuff on. He'd just drawn an arrow to one of the goals labelled with something like 'score'.

One of the other things MOTD are starting to do right again is Goal Of The Month, which they are letting the fans vote on once again.

The pundits always made a ****ing awful choice every time.

Title chasing side beat bag of **** relegation fodder 4-0 at home. On first.

Relegation 6 pointer between 2 newly promoted teams sees away side batter the opposition 0-4.on third.

And some of you think we've been treated fairly?

    We should be on first.

Your all getting spoilt rotten. It's not so long ago that a Hull City appearance on MOTD was a once a season event, if we were extremely lucky and we usually lost. Plus it was compulsory for the commentators to mention rugby league.

Probably because I wasn't alive before the Premier league.

You better be referring to pre 1992.
