Tbf everytime I watch an El Classico, half of the game is spent moaning about decisions. I thought it was a pen though.
I normally only watch English football, so I'm certainly no expert on El Classico, but junior wanted to watch it and the missus was out with the girls, so I gave it a go. Technically, some of the football was amazing, but I still find Barca slightly boring over 90 minutes. Lots of amazing passing, but there's too much tippy tappy stuff for my liking.
This is really shaping up to be one of the best top flight seasons for a long long time. Great to see some of the 'lesser' teams playing good and entertaining football.
Southampton looking good once again. Third in the league now. Considering that 3 years ago they were in League One, it's incredible.
Everyone was baffled by the decision to replace that twat with glasses (forgot his name) for whoever it is in charge now (forgot his name too). Turned out to be a very good call. Players are moved on to make way for better players, it's no different with managers.
It's the opposite for me. I should like a player that talented but I can't stand the prick. He's one of very few players who looks more slappable than Nasri. They change it every week. A bit like how Sone Aluko has gradually become called Shaunie and you can see the three bits of Park Ji-Sung in whichever order you like. On a side note, how come on the intro to FLS they have a picture of Dean Windass in our 09/10 home shirt, when he left us in the summer immediately before we started wearing it?
Changing the subject again, there's been some weird punditry comments tonight. That Hernandez foul was incredibly soft, why did no one point out that Stoke were being ****ing ridiculous expecting a red for that? And why did Leroy just describe Barton's foul for that penalty as 'leaving his leg out' and 'giving Ings a reason to go down'? He ****ing body-checked him!
I liked the fact that despite being a Liverpool fan Hansen would choose Rooney and RvP over SAS. Oh, and Hernandez's challenge was never a red, he hardly touched him.
What a ****ing **** DJ Campbell is. I was so glad he ****ed off at lunch when we were about to sign him.
the fact is, we didnt play today, so we didnt have to worry about our time on motd tonight, silly lads
Yes, it wasn't like there wasn't any league rivals to watch... everyone knows we weren't playing, you know.
