Skys fibre optic broadband is not as widely available as BT, which might be a consideration

Sky Fibre-to-Cabinet is available everywhere that BT is, because BT Open Reach provisions it for both suppliers.

I only speak from my own experience - i have been told by Sky its not available at my home address yet with BT it is.

I dont know the intricacies of how it all works - my simple logic is its the same ****ing wire at the end of the day so, as you say, it shouldnt matter who you are with.

I have tried to get to the bottom of it, but talking to some "expert" on the end of the phone is more painful than using a cactus to masturbate with

Not having a gan at anybody but I would not have owt to do with anything Rupert the Spunkdoch has his hand in.

He's a leech & a leper on society. I'd rather shake hads with Gerry Adams than that wizzened old Aussie ****.
I despise him & wish he was dead.

Yes well, a tad harsh maybe but I ****ing detest the bastard.
He makes Thatcher look like the Angel Gabrial man, he's a very successful businessman but he's still a ****.

I'm with you all the way regarding Murdoch, although I don't hate him as much as I hated Thatcher..

Lived and worked in London for 30 years, very happy now to be in Durham once again. Family and friends cannot beat it.. although sometimes I could metaphorically speaking could beat them Son, partner and granndson are living with us...

I have an in-law relative, worked as an engineer in near east, far east and africa...I think I and my uncle saw his kids more than he and his wife did when they were growing up. Tbh they now have roots nowhere, the woman says the NE is too cold, one of their sons is in the near east and the other in australia. He used to pay a fortune to come and watch Sunderland but now no longer does...
