Its not magic you won't suddenly look like a bodybuilder, you'll just look like and average guy wearing a child's shirt!
I think both are typically smart Umbro efforts with no added nonsense. I like black away kits with anber trim. A few teams go for black away kits with hi-vis yellow trim and it looks ****. The iron-on patch does look **** and I can't understand why it's deemed impossible to fit a sponsor onto stripes without one now. It never used to be the case. However it's got Allam's anti-Hull City badge on it so everything good about it is irrelevant.
Also it's a bit embarrassing for the club, if that's still possible, that they'd planned this big launch for Friday, yet two separate failures to keep it a secret have meant there's nothing we don't already know to actually present at the planned launch. It's laughable really.
Happens all the time to much bigger clubs though. The Man U away shirt actually went on sale in one shop today despite not been released yet.
I'll be buying the shirt regardless of the rubbish as a keepsake considering this is the clubs maiden European season. I won't let Allam and his stupid games bother me. Good memorabilia this shirt will be, specially if we have a good run in the Europa league.
I invariably noticed 2013/14 's kit in town in the bright sunshine, and I genuinely backed up and took a double look.It made me smile , whilst riding along on my deadly treadly. The last shirt I liked & bought was the slate grey away shirt. Thou I WILL be getting this seasons home shirt. Why not!
the away one makes me think of wolves but that ****ing black box wtf? why not just have the letters, doesn't need a ****ing border
Was that the first PL away kit? I really liked that when it came out, but over time, I've really gone off it. I'm not entirely sure why, I think it's the central position of the badge, but I like it less by the day.
These leaks could have been purposeful for some final feedback before the final release. Seems the black box is unanimously unpopular, though anyone with a bit of common sense would have realised that would have been the case.
Fair enough, although I'll be buying f** all myself.Used to,not these days. I think sandwich boards should, literally,be used. Our attacking capabilities may be hindered in the extreme but the walls at free kicks will be vastly improved, plus charging down keepers may get us the odd goal,if the bounce is right obviously.
yes Indeedy. I was lucky that a nice fitting size was available and the black vertical lines . The issue on the centrally located badge, as you say, was for me a factor for buying it , though the colouring was awfully bright, bordering on Orange, you might say.
Anyone else think the sleeves are yellow? They look it to me. We had that with another recent kit didn't we?
Leaks drum up anticipation and make sure everyone is aware to look on the proper day of launch. The real photos tomorrow of the final kit will be deliberately better so everyone sees improvement and is automatically happier.
