    That kid who plays for Derby (can't remember his name) looks like he's seen a ghost, all pasty white with spiky hair, maybe he has the answers for us

    It's one thing to say one doesn't believe in ghosts. I have no problem with that. But you made a statement that it is impossible for ghosts to exist. That requires explanation (e.g. logical proofs) on your part.

    Second, I don't know why anyone, including those who believe in ghosts, would think that this can be proven. Let's say for the sake of argument they do exist, how then could a supernatural event be measured by only natural methods (the only methods at our disposal)? Existence of things supernatural requires faith as scientific proof is not possible. On a final note, the impossibility of proof does not mean that evidence is impossible.

    Did the dead sea scrolls pre date NT? Can't remember. Anyhoo, why does anyone start writing stories? Maybe JC was a real person and they based stories around him. Target audience would be like minded people I would imagine.
