You can make the point that Chelsea are getting silverware, but I think had abramovic got the patience to stick with a manager, consistency and stability with a long term plan and vision, with the resources they have, would pay off after a couple of years and they would reap the benefits.
After reading the fail article OLM linked, with abramovic's supposed obsession with Torres maybe ye motivation behind appointing rafa was to get the best out of Torres, because to be fair to him how ever many stupid things he did at the plop one thing he did do was have Torres playing like the world class player he is.
