E-cigs are not Vapour cigs btw, IE the cartidges you get on an e-cig which is the filter part is all you get, you cant add anything to them or refill them, you have to buy each one seperate when 1 runs out, and they last for the equivilant of 15 cigs.
My wife uses E-cigs sometimes but still smokes, these vapour ones are supposed to be a lot better (but more expensive for the initial kit)

Whatever you try mate, it is important to have your mind set on the good reasons why you are stopping..My guess is that you want to be around for, and to set a good example for that lad of yours...I stopped in 1998, and used my first son as my motivation...It was damn hard at first, but gradually gets easier until you couldn't even comprehend why you smoked in the first place..

My poor vocabulary has really killed my life like. I am 27 year's old, own business, own house, own car & I could go on to pal. really poor ****ing life I got LOL.
good point! i didn't know the difference. my mate and his mrs have the vapour thing, where you just buy cartridges or whatever when you run out.
Well they are both classed as vapour as they both release "steam/vapour" to make it look like you are smoking a real cig.
The ones in the links are a kit with atomiser etc and you can refill the cartidges with different flavours.
If you try a normal e-cig and you like it then fair enough, just use that, but if you want all the flavours under the sun, I believe you will need to get a proper kit and buy the liquid for it.

Bit late on this topic but here's my two penneth. I quit using lozenges that are available from cheap shops like B&M bargains etc, a couple of £ for a packet of 36. Bit hard to use at first but you get used to them.
Maybe this might be some motivation for you. I was spending over £200 a month on tabs. I put this money away and after about 8 months bought myself the bit of hifi kit I've always wanted, then a couple of months later I bought a digital SLR I always fancied. Now the money saved is paying for the monthly payments on a new car.
It's not all about rewarding myself though, I also set up direct debits and I'm paying towards a well in an African village, a room at a homeless shelter and save the children.
You need to get out of the mindset that you love smoking and don't want to quit to have any chance though

I have and as replacements go they are the closest thing to smoking as you feel like you are inhaling something so worth a try.
I have stopped for a while using patches but didn't stick.
Champix made me majorly depressed so I stopped but worked for the wife but I thought it was horrible anyway.
The spray and chewing gum are vile so wouldn't bother.
Actually this time I'd picked the Monday and went for it lasted till about 11am at work and then needed something. Did the spray thing and it was so disgusting it made me want to just willpower it out (Might be worth a squirt), 3/4 really rough days (Keep very busy) and then 2/3 weeks to get over the addict thinking. After that it will be cause I want to not because of addiction so can't blame anyone but meself.
I'm 6 months on doing well, have been through all the usual risk factors like on the drink etc. Keep the faith mate I smoked for 25 years and really think it has stuck this time so you can do it.
