just wondering, how many of you watched or have even heard of this classic tv series?..cant believe nearly everybody i ask, has never heard of it, apart from my family, and 2 people at work....most people look at me blankly when i ask if theyve seen it..
its hardly ever repeated on tv, and i believe was only on vhs until a couple of years ago, when the dvds finally came out.

I vaguely remember it, but a little check tells me that they only made 13 episodes, so it's not really surprising if a lot of people missed it.

It wasn't as good as Sullivan's(RIP) other stuff, particularly Only Fools and Horses and Citizen Smith.

That Citizen Smith knew how to travel in style........

I loved this programme. Your right no one remembers it. Kirk St Moritz!! ha Ralph bates' hang dog face was great.

I remember it well.I also remember when Ralph Bates passed away at a young age(51).His daughter ,Daisy, went on to do fairly well and is a good looking lass.

I used to like Ever Decreasing Circles as well. That's a bit worrying when I think about it because I was about 15 when it came out and it was basically a programme for old biddies.

I actually watched an episode of The Professionals the other night and it was laughable, with that said I don't think I'd want to watch any episodes of Dear John or Ever Decreasing Circles. Some things are best left as you remember them.

Enjoyed Dear John but hated Ever Decreasing Circles. Just felt like straggling Richard Briars. Still feel the same when seeing the repeats on UK Gold.

i remember lots about it. i remember the woman louise iirc in charge of the group when they were talking about problems that had led to their divorce and she would always say "were there any... sexual problems?" there was an actor in it who was dennis off please sir. as you would expect there wsa a us version which was unmitigated ****e.
