Oh no. I've said many many times they are very guilty of neglect and should be prosecuted for it. They didn't however Murder or kill Maddie in an accident. IMO

2 facts remain at this point 1) all new evidence is 100% secret from the public domain (including the mccanns and the band of proffs) 2) scotland yard, the prosecutors and the portugese police have something new
Evidence is kept out of the public domain for fear it might be seen to influence a jury, and would therefore be deemed invalid in a court of law..
Personally, I don't think they are involved bobby, but that is just my subjective opinion with not knowing the facts..
the sex offences stories are fabricated rumours imho - albeit given there is lots of unsavory and questionable articles written about this case- with this revelation (it is from a blog that the original rumour come from) I reckon it was written so that if enough **** is thrown some hoping that of it sticks
