I wouldn't use that term.

It's simply an end to an embarrassing stand-off between two parties.

 

Seems a very messy set up, with many oportunities for it to turn to poo.

 

And if the club hadn't turned the corner? Also when there are 2 tenants and one has a massively better deal I would think they would look towards the other tenant before looking at HCAFC.

 

It is a great day simply because it's the end of the embarrassment.
