    Nice on the civic type-r. I used to have an 02 si (much ****tier than the type-r but i had the engine swapped and a bunch of goodies)

    First : 96 civic 1.6L
    Now: 2011 civic si
    Dream: Lexus LFA

    Between the Scorpio and Civic R I had 5 Golf GTi's, I really liked them but the R is actually more fun to drive, considering it kicks out 200bhp without any turbos and gets above 60 in 6.6 secs, I like the variable cam system that kicks in the high rev cams as you punch up the revs to the red line, we have some quiet country roads in Northumberland and I have found a few spots where I can bang it through the gears and hit the rev limiter. I am interested in the new type R due sometime in 2015.

    Yeah my 4 door Si has a very similar motor. I really hated the new engine that honda is going with. They don't rev as high. It takes some fun out of it. Fortunately for me out here in the states there is plenty of room and no camera's... :)

    Similar in Northumberland, lots of empty space, you have got to watch out for sheep, cattle and wild life more than the police
