Too soon? Must admit I was in Bradford on Thursday with work, met a mate who's working there and he gave me a tour round. kinell its a ****hole. So I've been reading up on Pete. Went to a curry house called Karachi back of the media centre. Rough as arseholes in there but it was a cracking curry, apparently Rick Stein's fave place. Theres a pic of him on the wall in there. £5.50 for a curry and 3 Chappatis.
Coincidence, we were in one of Rick Stein's Rezzas in Cornwall last week, didn't have a curry though. A mate of mine has Pete's signature, she got it from the ERF depot in Sandbach when he dropped a wagon off & she's proud as **** of it.
Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where one of them has the mail bag of the Son of Sam killer who was a postie.
He must have used pipe grips for many jobs though (hammering nails in, pulling bits of swarf out of skin etc). If he didn't he would have been thrown out of the plumbers union..... They can't be doing with folk who don't improvise...
So which clever ****er put a curse on me........... Our bastarding Zanussi washing machine failed to drain this morning and I have spent an hour up to my neck in washing machine poo!!!!!! One good thing, I've stopped picking my nose.
We've managed to rip some of the lino in the kitchen too with all the shifting around. Very annoying.
Yeah just moved in this week, so trying to install the washer and so far it is beyond us. I have to say that our new pad is somewhat spectacular.
I'm still in the same community as the old place, but out of that building and down the road. That's as much info as I can give, for safety reasons. Obvs.
Yes those two aspects are unfortunate, but we shall fix it up as best we can. The garage and balcony features make up for it somewhat...
