    Just heard, the swim is still on. Apparently we have to go in twice. This is supposedly to stop people 'cheating'.

    Towels, speedos and warm jacket packed ready.
    Must admit to being slightly nervous now, and wondering how the hell I managed to get talked into this.

    Hope I find a 'warm patch' of sea tomorrow
