I have trouble picking between 2, 3 and 4 - but if you had to push me for a favourite I'd probably plump for 4.

You should, but tell us about this scenario didsy.

You and your female 'friend' are having a quiet night in. She's made you some old el paso enchiladas and you've bought the chablis.

What sitcom do you stick in her dvd player?

Has she done the dishes yet in this scenario?

For ease of story I'd say a dishwasher. But from past information she seems to be calling the shots.

Goes Fourth is the best one in my opinion. They got better with every series for me.

It would actually be Old El Paso Fajitas with a Chilean red, (although Chablis is the only white wine I personally can stomach).

Sitcoms would be Fawlty Towers or Red Dwarf.

Now there is some kind of double entendre insinuation I feel I am missing here!

Can't fault this list. Throwing in some I've not seen mentioned.

    Game on
Till death us do part/In sickness and in health
Maid Marion and her merry men....kids show I know but I was once a kid.
    Anything involving Charlie Brooker

Weekly Wipe is brilliant, as is How TV Ruined Your Life.

10 O'Clock Live was great too. As was Black Mirror which he created.

    What a bastard. <grr>

Weekly Wipe is probably the best thing on telly now that Sherlock has finished for another 5000 years...

I'm with you on the red but I find a lot of women just won't drink it.

For that reason I'll alway have a few bottles of white chilling in the fridge. I do quite like a Marlborough servignoin blanc.

If most women had it all their own way, we'd be forced to drink rosé.
