3 managers in a season is too big a risk and that much change imo would disrupt the clubs' players and staff too much.
Rumours are that half the ManUre board want Moyes out and that there will possibly be an announcement from the New York Stock Exchange today regarding his demise...watch this space.
I think that one's bollocks to be honest, it was all over Twitter this morning that the NYSE was about to make an announcement, but the place doesn't open until mid afternoon our time and United have already said it's nonsense.
Though Van Persie is not a happy chap, was rather scathing in an interview he gave to a Dutch TV station.
Moyes will not go, this is a long term appointment and will in all likleyhood be given a few seasons at least, personally I like the guy, not the club, they seriously need to almost totally revamp the current squad with only a few exceptions. They may fall down fall down for a while and let others take the opportunity for success. I have always admired City anyway. There are a few others in the firing line ahead of him, not sure who will be next, Wenger has not won anything for years?
It appears that most of the squad dont like his methods. Player power rules. No wonder Shane Long wanted out as Wba are a shambles. I bet Steve Clarke is feeling a touch smug now.
Though I think that is directed at his team mates cos they were playing in 'his' space - honestly , how old is the guy ? Thats the comment of a spoilt eight year old ............ he wants out obviously!!
Nottingham Forest manager Billy "all gob" Davies is moving up on the rails today with a late charge. Colin is the hot tip to take over. Talks between Colin and the Forest owners are taking place according to many reports. Will Billy still be in charge for Forest's tuesday nights vital (for him and them) game @ home to Charlton ? twt.
Interesting... but After saturday i am surprised he was not sacked straight after the game. A pityful 5-0 loss to Derby. So Colin looks like being back in a job then.?
Other than the semi-shock news of Chris Hughton's sacking on sunday night, It has now come to the attention of the national press that the WBA manager PEPE MEL mentioned after the win @ Norwich last saturday that he does not know where he shall be next season. The question came to light when asked about the future of one Morgan Amalfitano (maybe mel knows already). Will Pepe Mel be sacked or will he walk i wonder ?? twt.
Bruce is currently the 23rd longest serving manager in England, and the 6th longest currently in the Prem.
