Thought this was a good point all things considered. Pity we couldn’t hold out longer and kept both Gayle and Dummett on the pitch as I think we could have won this. We seemed to be well up for it until that stupid goal from a corner knocked us flat.

Thought Gayle down centre and Joelinton out wide worked well until Gayle went off. If we could move Joelinton a bit wider so he is the other side of sideline it might work even better.

Half of those readings would have been at night so grey being the average colour isn't surprising
Its black then
If there is any moonlight (reflected sunlight) around then night sky is blue - its just a lot weaker as sunlight reflected from moon is so much weaker so our eyes cannot detect it well. As the new moon phase lasts no more than 6days there are 22 when night sky is blue and all days when day sky is blue. So there is no way the average sky colour in UK is grey.

Blue-grey (British English) is a medium bluish-gray color. Another name for this color is livid; this color name comes from the Latin color term lividus meaning "'a dull leaden-blue color', and also used to describe the color of contused flesh, leading to the English expression 'black and blue'".[2]
There is a range of colors called livid colors that combine the colors blue and gray.

As above: the british sky is bruised.

The Sky is blue
what you show / see out of the window is the cloud cover
clouds change colour due to the amount of water accumulation

Its grey in the uk more than blue is what studies have shown.

This references what we see on earth in its entirity .

Notice it says we see blue sky ... this tells you that the sky is not blue! Its at times blue.. the sky is numerous colours ... and in the uk its grey more than blue.

To say the sky is blue is innacurate and incorrect .

the grey bit what you see in this country is cloud cover and will always be cloud cover
once you get above cloud cover the sky is blue
once you get out of the earths atmosphere the sky is black
