This exactly. We seem to think we know more than a team of sports scientists and physiotherapists who will guage the players fitness based on a battery of tests and measurements. They will tell Bruce who is fit to be selected from.

The idea that you would leave a player out for 3weeks even when declared fit by the medical staff is ludicrous. As is the idea that he was injured in the final minutes of a game he had performed at high intensity in, due to carrying an injury to a different part if his body.

Why? He did exactly that with Lejeune and he still doesn't look fit and is playing....and very badly at that!

I'm glad it's just a suggestion because it's utter nonsense otherwise.

So all the claims that Charnley's crap, or Ashley's a terrible owner, are all just made up? The suggestion that Souness was dreadful, in part because of his injury record, is a lie? McLaren was actually a decent guy who, what, got unlucky?

The thought that we can employ utter **** in a number of senior positions, but somehow the best of the best in our fitness team, is the only thing that seems like utter ****ing nonsense mate.

We had strength in depth at the back when Lejeune was fit again and we were defending well. Could see why he wouldn't want to change. Now even if he isnt playing well we don’t have many other options.

....unless 3 CB's (with one of them being a fullback, and one a defensive midfielder) isn't the right tactic vs League One Rochdale? Hell, I don't think Bruce knows what to do with any tactic, to be fair. We're shipping goals everywhere as it is.

Recently this board has been far too like this:

"Hey guys the sky is blue"
"Yeah but at night, it's not."
"Yeah but it's blue you idiot.
"Yeah, I know, But at night it's black"
"Lol it's blue why don't you get this???"
"Can you stop saying the sky is blue ffs"
"Lol I can't say what I want on here?? Are you denying the sky is blue?!?! The ****?"

That's far more frustrating than perceived Ashley sympathies.

Chaos gets most the blame, but people do exactly the same as him but they make it more wordy.

Its just that we genuinely have so little to discuss with Newcastle United. What do we argue about? If people have accepted our slow demise or if we should put some vain hope.

Accepting and putting up vain hope are different things

Positive news on the injuries. I'll stick my neck out and say well get at least a point as long as Stevie doesn't rush Almiron back. Even then 0-0 is a possibility :) I'm desperately waiting to see ASM and Ritchie playing the two wide positions and opposition defenders getting stretched.

All the rafa haters have all went upto their balls at the first opportunity and are getting a little worried now and acting strangley.. they are preparing their get out strategy.
Are they ****, I'm not a Rafa hater, I hate the myths you boys create about him as the manager (or the fat controller as he is affectionately known in the game)
Any news on that 70 million pound transfer Captain?
And what about the sale of the club?
Have any Premier league clubs snapped Rafa up yet?
I could go on.....
And on...............
and on

Not sure I get your point. The sky is blue, isn’t it?
