Get in their faces and hunt them down, continue to press the ball like if you don't get it back, you have to spend the night with bubba. These games are free swings and should be treat as such. Just have a right go, we've seen already this season they can be unsettled by this approach. We are going to lose, but keep the feel good going by having a go. Don't let the negativity seep back in.

I agree really, I think we have more than proven that we are best going at teams and using our pace and striking abilities.

Just ****ing go for it and make them work for their win.

Tuchel is a nerd, he'll break us down.

Watched Chelsea vs Sheffield yesterday - and Sheffield were trying to get forwards trying to create problems and got their reward with an OG - unfortunately they couldn't hold out against Chelsea but on another day could have got something. The opposite of that this weekend was Tottenham vs West Brom - honestly it was like watching Newcastle over the last few months - just sitting back praying for 0-0 no real idea how to get the ball forwards bar Snodgrass and Maitland-Niles and Tottenham could have had 5/6. Yes they had a goal ruled out for offside but I think they only had one shot on target all game in comparison to Sheffield who matched Chelsea pretty much in terms of shots/on target.

If we sit in and hope for a draw 100% we will be picked off and lose, if we try and get the ball forwards with ASM Miggy and Frasr we have some pace up top to hurt them.

Guaranteed Tuchel is putting his team forward saying they're going to have 70%+ possession, and working a gameplan accordingly. We need to surprise them by doing it differently, rather than a usual Bruce "surprise" of turning up with 3 right backs, 2 false 10's and 1 false 9.

Joelinton is the greatest false 9 in the history of the game. Most people have trouble believing he's a f*cking footballer, let alone Newcastle's number 9

Agree - we might as well have a go in the next two. While sitting back and soaking up pressure might feel good for the defence - it knocks all the confidence out of the midfield and forwards. Players like Almiron and St Maximin thrive on going forward and are finding form so go for it.

I would go with:

Darlow/Dubravka - don't really care which
Krafth
Dummett
Clark
Lewis
Hayden
Almiron
St Maximin
Willock
Gayle
Joelinton

I would swap Joelinton for a Longstaff and push Almiron more forward.

Dubravka
Fraser for Joelinton

And I'd go with that

I agree with that other than Joelinton, the lads literally offers nothing in my opinion
