Burn at left back I don’t like. But if it’s a back 3 it’s fine.

So unchanged I think, the front 3 is killer

We finished 4th and had the best defence in the league with Burn at LB, he's fine.

I can literally guarantee that Newcastle will surrender points with poor Burn being played in this position again.

If it's not Today it won't be long, because I can remember it happened repeatedly two seasons ago.

Yes, Botman was injured meaning we lost a key player from defence for most of the season.

Burn was left back.. Hall came in and got player of the month and Botman wasn't playing.

Most players could be improved on in any team, however only Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal have accumulated more Premier League points than us since Howe took over. I would therefore suggest the players you mentioned aren't as bad as you think.

How bad they are isn't why I'd sell them.. They're just not what's required moving forward imo.

Something must be going on behind the scenes with Hall?
Can’t be “managing his minutes” all the time.
    Attitude? Personal problems?

Yeah something very odd about it. Unless he's having some personal issues (family health, etc.)?

Howe doesn't fancy him imo and it's not the 1st time we've seen this. I think they'll sell him this January or the summer.

It's only odd if you've forgotten that Hall was pretty much frozen out until west ham home after Howes original subs had to come off injured.

Burn was decent that season, Trippier's loss of form was the problem.

Burn was targeted successfully again and again for months mate. It only improved when Hall came on vs West ham.

BTW burn is ok at CB.. He's useless on the left. It's not fair on him I don't think.. He's going to end up looking daft.

Burn? Not at left back for me. He was repeatedly beaten by wingers that season, to the point where it started to look cruel to keep putting him out there. At CB yeah, he's a solid option.

Even if true he wouldn't have started anyway.
