Bollox! You said to me that you regretted putting your money into the charity. I offered you it back so the charity didn't miss out.

Not on really, as most on here know you and I have clashed in the past. When we have it's gotten pretty nasty on both sides. Regardless of the abuse there's very little to it.

This charity talk of regretting giving money to charity because of some grudge is horrendous though. Twisted and not on.

Disc, I can & have argued with most on here but I can do that & forget about it mate.
I don't hold grudges at all. Life's too short.

Got **** all to do with me, but I'm surprised other posters are making decisions about this bet how much should be paid out and where..
A bet is a bet.
Should be between the people that made the bet, not someone deciding it was a daft bet on the internet.
My money would be on the Mackem's if they had lost would have paid up. <ok>
I was deliberately avoiding the arrogant twat at the time so didn't get involved with the thread.
I will say if I had made the bet with him and lost I WOULD HAVE PAID UP, just like I would have expected him too!
I have previous of losing a bet for a couple of hundred quid on a forum.
I paid.

Let the people involved in the bet decide the outcome.
The deluded **** can Welch and disappear, or stand by his OP and pay up.
If he did pay up he would go up in my estimation by 100%, but he is starting from a zero %.
After all technically he has lost the bet twice, but that would be me being a pedant! <ok>

Pretty much bang on, my money, my bet, my choice. Am sort of believing in this poster. When he coughs up, three quarters goes to my charities, a quarter to his. So no real losers, only a bit of goodness all round. Have P M`d him explaining my idea, hopefully he will get back to me.

By the way I told him/her Id buy the drinks and the grub, out of my own money, NOT the bet money, thats going where it will do a lot of good.
