Telegraph are saying he watched from the stands and Adams denied any strop. That sounds far more likely to me - he's hardly going to have a strop if he knows he is off in the summer. I would have thought he and Bassong are our highest paid players by some margin (talk about £60kpw for Bassong, with half paid by Tottenham until the end of this season) so them leaving might make the team weaker, but it will do wonders for the finances.
