PAH - we have supported the team and manager for the last 6 years ... in Wenger we trusted ! But no more. We don't trust Wenger, that is not to say that I want him out, I want him to acknowledge he has been an idiot and sort our glaringly obvious problems out .. the same problems we've had for 5 years. Buy some sodding players cos the one's we have are mostly kack. The days of mid table mediocrity are long gone, we have expectations and I for one am not happy seeing where we are going on this road we are on.
The question is for how long will you go on supporting Arsenal or Wenger? They have become so inclusive that fans don't realise that they are two different entities. 7 years and the same old excuses? How many more years does he get, 1 year, 2 years, 10 more years? We don't look any better now than a few years ago.
I agree with this and it's partly why I dug up this thread, not much seems to have changed. So it's obvious we need to change something. For me, that's not sacking the manager though, It's buying a proper DM, a proper LB and another striker. What should stay the same though is that we remain united as fans and support our players.
That is our biggest problem at the moment, Wenger being able to spend a proper amount as opposed to penny pinching at every corner. I'm getting tired of the same old excuses and despite your positive exterior, you too feel the same way. Wenger should be given the oppurtunity to spend, then we can properly judge him without the rose tinted glasses.
Wow...consecutive years of cl don't satisfy you! We won't be at the prestige level of man city, Manu etc for some time to come and another manager may cause us to regress further. What will you do then?
