A decent point against a decent team. Keeps us on a point a game, and a win was always going to be difficult. I thought we played fairly well - Parry a notable exception, though. I thought the much maligned duo of Wildig and chiefly Bradshaw both did well. Goldson was solid and I didn't realise how quick Purdie is!

I'm surprised at how well you thought Wildig was... Thought he was lacking today. Parry - what gas gone wrong for him? Star at the start of the season, yet seems jaded of late.

Taylor MOM. Always committed and always a threat. Wildig did better today and it shows why he is prefered to Hall judging by the latter's performance when he came on. Bradshaw, though, no. It was the same old same old. No physical presence, in fact even less than the smaller Rodgers. When it comes to grit and determination never trust a player who wears gloves.

It has to be Taylor to me - he is carrying the team up front at the moment and if we sell him in the January window we will really be struggling. Morgan is not jumping for headers and looks to me as if he is carrying an injury and Parry is not on the pace of the game. Wildig's first thought is always to pass the ball backwards but Hall looked very rusty when he came on. I thought the ref was diabolical, missing a clear foul on one of our players in the build up to each of their goals. Considering we have so many players off form a draw was a reasonable result but we desperately need a centre half, a centre forward and a central midfield player now if we are to stay up. It is time to splash the cash if we are serious about being a League 1 team.

Agree with Hall - looked awful when he came on, I thought. If he starts against a good team like Brentford, we have no chance of stringing together passes, as that is what Wildig brings to the team: an ability to retain possession. I accept views can differ, but I thought Bradshaw looked hungrier and more determined, and his movement looked excellent (mostly down to the fact he was next to the static Morgan, I accept). He didn't lose the ball, won a couple of free kicks and spread the ball well after dropping off to create the second goal.

An interesting debate about Bradshaw - we can only really judge a player when he has had a run in the side and it is GT's judgement that neither Bradshaw (or Doble for that matter though heis now injured) have shown him enough in training or in reserve matches to deserve a run in the side. Whatever our opinions of them I suspect neither will be at the club next year.
