As long as there is a gap between 2nd and 3rd then that is all that matters

Superb day's work. The gap below that dotted line has widened significantly. Also those two Milwall players will be suspended for our FA Cup encounter should they win the replay.

Great to watch online, was like watching the Southampton of August and September. Connolly my Man of the Match, closely followed by Lallana.

Haven't got a single complaint - although, depending on your views of the incident, we do owe a little bit to the referee or Chambers (the red card allowed us to take complete control, just as Rickie's red allowed Brighton to do against us).

Cork was magnificent, Lallana had his best game for ages, Connolly looked sharp, Hammond controlled the midfield, Hooiveld was solid, Harding was able camp out in Forest's half for most of the game and so give us constant width on that side.

Fantastic result. Now for a MASSIVE double-header at home.

I really liked Harding playing on the right and cutting inside to whip the ball in. Reminded me of Fabrice Fernandes, except Hardings crosses were actually good... Ditto Lee Holmes when he drifted to the right.

I think Adkins performs better when he has a week to prepare for a match, it allows them to study the opposition more carefully.
