Actually, Murphy did do one thing wrong when I think about it.

He came off the pitch far too quickly when he was subbed.

TBF I just think that sums him up in relation to his attitude. He gives 100% to everything he does even being subbed.

I just always remember he would be so positive when coming on as a sub, tried his best and never bitched. Cheered like **** when we won even though he played like 2 minutes.

    Team player, deserves recognition imo.

Why I always liked Ritchie too.

Although Miggy was excellent I also thought Murphy did really well and being right footed gave us more width. Maybe having both on swapping sides from time to time would work well.

I think the main reason for all the change could be also due to us playing yesterday last game and then playing on friday. So 2 games within 5 days of each other.

We'll probably see more changes on friday.

Are these professional athletes or a bunch of useless pussies?

Can't manage 60 minutes of play?

Newcastle have the lowest ball on pitch numbers in the entire League

If we lose with those 3 playing for them then we deserve to be relegated

I would play Isak and give him a run in the team for sure... We shouldn't be considering ****ing with our best attacking options when going away to Forest.

Think Eddie has shown he will stick with a winning formular - the only change I could see would be Murphy Out, Almiron in on the RW but Murphy probably did enough at the weekend to get another run out so I wouldn't begrudge him another start but then Miggy scored and is our top scorer so likely to come back in!

Target, Joelinton, Gordon, Wilson off the bench isn't a bad subs bench either.

Buzzing for this one, another positive result on Friday could put a real positive vibe around the camp with 12 games left to go!

Thought this was gonna be tough but upon watching Forest I think I was way off the mark, they look tripe.

They are a different animal at The City Ground - 6 points taken on the road, compared to 20 at home... only lost twice in the league at their place to Spurs and Bournemouth while spanking Liverpool, getting a point off City etc.

It'll be tough but I'm hoping we are going to be the third on that list!

Forest need to rely on their home form to stay up, cos their away for is bloody horrific. They're decent at home, but far from unbeatable.

With a midfield of Bruno, Longstaff and Willock and with Isak starting again, I think we can get a 1-2 win. I want Gordon in instead of AS though.

Gordon has much more of a footballing brain that ASM, ie Gordon spots potential breaks and makes clever passes, whereas all ASM can do is go on long runs trying to turn defenders inside out... and now he's struggling to do that. He's a one trick pony that's getting knackered.

I think Gordon will play to Isak's strengths far more.

Thought St Maximin played some good balls behind the Wolves defence to Isak on Saturday. There were times where I thought he would run with it where he played a quick ball down the line for Isak in a dangerous position. Thought he had a good first half.

Not sure why the distain for ASM currently - I'm still convinced he is one of our top, top players, Bruno, Trippier, ASM, Isak are all in the top tier player group we have, behind that you have Pope, Botman, Schar, Willock, Miggy, Joelinton in the very good group. Then you have Gordon, Burn, Longstaff, Wilson, Target etc in the good enough group. Past that it's lower EPl/Top end Champ quality.

Can't understand why people would drop him when he's starting to find his form at present or would want to sell him when there's literally every other winger we have that needs replacing first? He's only started 8 games this year (and still has 4 goal contributions (1 goal 3 assists)) due to injury, yet he's the anti christ atm? The kids class! Played superbly vs Wolves, work rate is getting there, if he can start creating/taking opportunities he'll do for me.

Did I miss him punch a magpie or something?
