May I remind you that we are still the most successful and the 1st Welsh Club to reach and stay in the PL
I see Wycombe have got promotion so that's not a bad away game for me to get to assuming we don't go up that is!
Cardiff and Millwall both winning down to 8th atm. A win tomorrow is crucial for our hopes of getting in the play offs..
Normally I'm generally overly optimistic (aka mildly delusional) but it's surely gone now. If optimism is your thing though please do carry on, I'd love to be wrong
I have mixed feelings about all of this , should we make the play offs and by some miracle end up promoted which would be rather nice on paper , we would get slaughtered next season with a depleted squad ( loanees and out of contract players gone out through the door) , so why put ourselves through that . Get rid of the yanks and starting again is something much more pleasurable to dream of .
I agree - all we'd have to look forward to is a relegation slog from day one - it would be miserable. I don't know where it would leave us in terms of the owners plans though. On one hand selling a PL club is more attractive than a Championship club, but by the time any deal would hypothetically go through we'd be nailed on for relegation, so that kind of nullifies the benefits of being in the PL.......
Perhaps he should just to that and reflect on the points he's thrown away by his lack of managerial nous https://www.swanseacity.com/news/steve-cooper-we-will-not-lie-down
Well jenkins was in the frame to take over Charlton so why not us , footballs a murky world and you don't get much murkier than that rat
Yes, and remember all the great chants and insults that we could fling and sing at him again, The place needs livening up ! ! !
