Saw the stats from the first half and Brentford hadn't an attempt on goal let alone anything on target, Fulham by comparison had 10 attempts on goal and something like 4 on target.......

Wouldn't be surprised if we ended up being charitable again today but just have that niggle in the back of my mind that this is the year to finally win at Forest..........still prepared for disappointment at 4:50 this afternoon.....

Up the R's

It seems this is the season for long-standing records to be ended so maybe today is the day. But then again, this is QPR...

So it looks like

Smithies
Perch, Ned, Hall, Robinson
Cousins, Henry
Pawel, Chery, Washington
BFG

S'pose it could be 433 or 4141..........anyone with a bit more knowledge on these things?

So Massimo and Ariel get the blame for Brentford?

It looks like it. It's all very strange and I find it odd to switch the central midfield pairing yet again. I think it may be a case of it doesn't matter who we play there they're all as ineffective as each other. We'll see .

I think you have it right Trammers. If Borysiuk and Luongo aren't injured it's unforgivable.

This. Has to be injuries surely. If we lose today and this was tactical then there really should be no delay in his departure. It really highlights our lack of ball playing midfielders though.

Injured I presume. Neither on the bench.

Nothing on the offish or usual injury websites about them.

I will now settle in for the Wales v Australia rugby and keep an eye on the score on here.

All of our central midfielders are much of a muchness. Not great in the tackle, no pace, no goals and no creativity.

QPR are without Massimo Luongo at the City Ground - where Rangers have never won.

The visitors make four changes, with Karl Henry and Pawel Wzsolek coming in for Luongo and Ariel Borysiuk, the fit-again Grant Hall replacing Steven Caulker, and Sebastian Polter starting in place of Idrissa Sylla.

Luongo, Caulker and Sylla were all nursing knocks ahead of the trip to the East Midlands.

James Perch starts against his former club, while another ex-Forest player, Joel Lynch, is on the Rangers bench after recovering from injury.

Jack Robinson keeps his place in the Rangers starting line-up despite a torrid return to action against Brentford last time out.

For Forest, Hildeberto Pereira is back after suspension, but Jack Hobbs, Michael Mancienne, Nicklas Bendtner, David Vaughan, Mustapha Carayol and Matt Cash are all unavailable.

QPR: Smithies, Perch, Onuoha, Hall, Robinson, Wszolek, Henry, Cousins, Washington, Chery, Polter.

Subs: Ingram, Lynch, Gladwin, El Khayati, Shodipo, Hamalainen, Sylla.

Nottingham Forest: Stojkovic; Lichaj, Mills, Perquis, Worrall, Pereira; Cohen, Lansbury, Kasami; Osborn; Assombalonga. Subs: Henderson, Dumitru-Cardoso, Fox, Lica, Lam, Grant, Vellios.
